OPP is one of Europe's leading business psychology consultancies, working with more than half of FTSE 100 companies in the UK, and across Europe. After completing in-depth interviews with a cross-section of OPP employees, we realised that their brand strategy was reliant on a heritage of psychometric testing and training, but did not communicate their wider expertise in providing a set of innovative HR consulting services. In addition, OPP's collateral set was dated, undifferentiated and inferior to its peer group. We recommended a complete overhaul of their brand identity. Nucleus created a customer value proposition that highlighted their ability to unlock the true potential of people at work, and contribute a lasting business impact. We then designed a brand system that gave OPP a strong, relevant and memorable set of visual assets. These were used in a new brochure that clearly demonstrates their sector-leading potential. |
