Usability research and improvements to the global B2B banking online

Nucleus was commissioned by Standard Chartered's web team in Singapore. There were concerns that their B2B online service was not easy to use. We validated and investigated this by interviewing customers in key Far East markets.

Based on this Nucleus made a number of recommendations for improvements in the flow of the online service and for the way in which information was presented on screen. The project culminated with a set of online design guidelines to enable the in-house team to carry out the implementation.
