The Association of Independent Tour Operators engaged us to rethink their web portal, to better meet the needs of its their different target audiences.

We identified many new requirements before defining a new content architecture, increased functionality, improved content management and a richer, more emotionally appealing site design. Our objective for the consumer site was to drive holiday enquiries to AITO members' own websites for fulfilment, while the 'corporate' satisfies the needs of members, the media, and the general public. An extranet for members provides a secure environment to share information.

All three sites use the Nucleus CMS a bespoke content management system, while Nucleus Managed Services provides 24/7 managed web operations and analytics.
