A new portal - www.thesteingroup.com - goes live today and with its launch a new level of sensory brand experience is defined.
Nucleus, the brand experience consultancy, was set the challenge by Barcelona-based The Stein Group to link together their eight existing websites into one internet portal and claims there are two distinctive innovations about the new Stein Group portal. One is the integrated use of music, which heightens the experience of using the site by modulating the mood between each of the hotels, and the second is that they entered into a risk-reward partnership with The Stein Group by proposing they are paid half of their fee on results.
According to Peter Matthews, MD of Nucleus, "using music to subtly change the mood from hotel to hotel adds a new dimension to the customer experience, so we commissioned original pieces inspired by the individual hotels and their luxurious locations".
