Nucleus has created an entirely new website for Sunvil Holidays, the specialist independent tour operator, and are in the process of integrating it with a new reservations system, to offer customers real-time online booking of complete packages.

Sunvil Holidays is a well-established and well-known UK tour operator specialising in Greece, Cyprus and the Azores, whose business has been conducted, until now, almost exclusively by telephone and direct mail.

Seeing the opportunity to generate direct business via its website, Sunvil conducted a review of leading consultants and appointed Nucleus in early 2005. The Nucleus team of ecommerce consultants, designers and technical architects worked closely with Sunvil's team to create a solution that caters for the varying requirements of different audiences, such as prospective customers researching travel ideas, loyal customers looking for specific information and bargain hunters comparing prices.
