Champneys reveals its life after lockdown

Following the acquisitions of Eastwell Manor and Mottram Hall, Champneys has brought together its 4 health spa resorts and 2 hotel spa properties in one website for the first time, implementing a streamlined brand architecture, also designed by Nucleus. Champneys.com also includes a new online store.

As the UK’s leading health and wellness destination brand, Champneys now offers 6 elegant countryside locations, from Health Resorts at Champneys Tring, the UK’s original health spa, Forest Mere in Hampshire, Henlow in Bedfordshire and Springs in Leicestershire; to hotels with spas at Eastwell Manor in Kent and Mottram Hall, Cheshire – Champneys first spa and golf resort.

Nucleus refined and unified the property branding, differentiating the health spa resorts from the hotels with spas, before designing the new website IA and UX to reflect Champneys ethos of nourishing the mind, body and soul.

Nucleus recommended Kentico CMS as the website content management system, integrated with a customised version of ResortSuite PMS and Shopify for the ecommerce shop. Browsing, booking or buying a product online have been streamlined, so customer journeys are almost frictionless.
