Nucleus creates bespoke digital assets for Maybourne Hotel Group

Following the launches of its three hotel websites during 2008, Maybourne’s luxurious new portal and booking system now completes the transformation of Maybourne Hotel Group’s web presence, providing an immersive Maybourne online brand experience.

The innovative new booking system, based on Pegasus Ultra Direct, serves all four websites, and sets new standards for luxury hotel online bookings. Nucleus and Maybourne scoped and defined the user experience with great care, enabling availability searches across all three hotels for best available rates, packages and special offers. Additional functionality includes: multiple room booking, room upgrade prompts and extras, including: champagne, flowers, chocolates and spa treatments. Bookings integrate into the online Butler service, launched earlier this year.

The Pegasus availability and rates data is combined with rich written and image content from the CMS system to create a new level of customer experience for a hotel booking engine.

All four websites now also include Direct News feeds, providing tailored “What’s on in London” content to enrich the user experience with relevant local information about events, exhibitions, shows and news.
