Nucleus wins again for P&O Cruises – for the 2nd year in a row at the TravelMole Web Awards

01 October 2014

P&O Cruises has won the Best Cruise & Ferry award again, beating a strong list of shortlisted candidates. This is also the fifth consecutive year Nucleus has picked-up a top trophy at the annual TravelMole Web Awards.

TravelMole Web Awards seek out best practice that demonstrates excellence in content, flow, usability and engagement, and the best examples of strategies and techniques for enhanced marketing and conversion. The awards are now voted for by readers, rather than being judged by a panel of experts.

The P&O website has been substantially refreshed by Nucleus over the last 12 months, and this is a key factor in the site’s continued success at this year’s awards.

Nucleus has worked with P&O Cruises since 2009 and the partnership has resulted in a plethora of awards, including Best Cruise website at 2010 and 2013 TravelMole Web Awards and Best Cruise website at The Travolution Awards in 2010, 2011 and 2012, when it won twice, including one award voted by consumers.

For the fourth year running P&O Cruises has made the shortlist for the 2013 Travolution Awards, with the winner being announced in November. The winning partnership has also been recognised in the USA winning a Silver Davy Award in the Tourism category in 2010.

Previous Nucleus TravelMole winners have included: Best Cruise Website for P&O Cruises in 2010, Best Hotel Website for Ballyfin in 2011, and Best Tour Operator for Haven in 2012.
