Champneys Health Spa, one of the leading wellness destination spas in not just the UK, but the world, appointed us to re-launch their website to support the continued growth of the business.


We worked closely with the Champneys team to understand the uniqueness of the brand and to bring it to life on the website, as well as balance the commercial needs of a transactional site.

The responsive website – designed and built by Nucleus – provides users of any device with an immersive experience, allowing them to explore the resorts facilities, city spa locations, treatment options, and wellness retreats, as well as browse and purchase products from the online shop.

To maximise day visits and spa breaks sales online, a dynamic calendar-based booking widget was created and the ResortSuite booking flow heavily customised to fit the Champneys proposition.


The modern, dynamic website delivers a first class user experience, reinforcing the values of the Champneys brand and performing above expectations, significantly increasing the volume of bookings online, and successfully launching the sale of bundled treatment packages to increase the average order value.
